Building renovation of the existing building with the use of the 110% Superbonus: structural intervention to completely re-roof the wooden roof, thermal insulation of floors and walls, replacement of window frames, replacement of wood stoves with a condensing boiler and LPG and heat pump for DHW, installation of photovoltaic storage panels. From an architectural point of view, the typological material characteristics of the existing structure were presented.
