The project involves the building renovation of a portion of an existing residential building.
The original stairwell was maintained, and the area to the left of it was restructured. On the ground floor there is an open space with living room, dining room and kitchen, while going up the stairs on the right there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The existing inter-floor floor was consolidated by inserting girders to support the existing brick vaults and girders.
